(November 21, 2019, 1:04 pm)In June of this year I was supported by one of the managers of the bank after losing my wallet in Brooklyn. I was really stressed out, worried and anxious I was going to be without cash for the rest of my break. I think the person who helped me was called Arjumond and he spent around an hour making sure I could access my UK bank, helping me extract money from it and to go through the security. He was professional, friendly, courteous and to the point - he also helped me access my UK bank service to make sure security was completed. I was really impressed after a horrible twelve hours of anxiety, walking from Bushwick without any food or drink on a very humid day. He also offered me some candy which at the time was very welcome !! I was really impressed, credit to go where it is due - thank you.
