My neighbor had fallen ill and after a three week hospital stay she was sent to Atrium for rehabilitation. I was a little upset when I couldn’t visit right away as they have strict protocols due to the pandemic. When I was finally able to visit she was like a brand new person. She was sitting up eating & smiling. This was quite a surprise as she can be belligerent sometimes. One of the attendants had washed and braided I her hair. She looked wonderful! About half an hour later I hear the sound of guitar music. There was a performer walking down the hall entertaining and singing his rendition of Sam Cooke‘s “Bring it on home to me”. Visiting her was a treat and I can’t wait until my next visit.
